Sónia very diligently deals with all of our home owners accounts. She sends out all statements and invoices and helps all of our home owners with any queries they may regarding the management of their houses.
She also liaises with our outside team as well as all suppliers.

Pedro is dealing with all renovation projects together with Rob, from small changeovers to complete house renovations. Pedro will be involved in the process from start to finish, including liaising with architects where required, making the process stress-free. Pedro also handles the bureaucratic processes involved in the sales / rental side of the company.
Lanvin LeisherProperty Management
Lanvin ensures the properties are all in good order before rentals take place by checking the property thoroughly. He also liaises with our cleaners and maintenance people if there are any issues that need resolving.

Ricardo handles the holiday reservations within the office and is the contact point for all rentals enquiries, either via email or phone.
